- Chlorine measured <10 ppm in the dishwasher. Operator stated the chlorine bucket was last changed two months ago. Discussed that chlorine loses its concentration as time passes. Staff were going to purchase new chlorine. A follow up inspection will be conducted.

- The stand up cooler closest to the dishwashing sinks measured 10C. Staff adjusted temperature during inspection. Please ensure that all operators are communicated on how to adjust temperature.
