- The facility does not have a separate handwashing sink. Reusable dishware's were observed at the facility, which requires a 3-compartment sink and a dedicated handwashing sink. Please note that a 3-compartment sink, and an additional handwashing sink is required if the facility intends to continue using reusable dishware as observed in the facility. The 3-compartment sink at the facility with one of the sinks dedicated for handwashing can only be allowed if the facility has a dishwasher or decides to use only single use customer utensils/dishware.
