- Sanitizer solution measured 300PPM quat. Staff directed to dilute the solution. Ensure that a 200ppm quat solution is used for sanitizing surfaces.

- The caulking are falling off inside the cabinets, and caulking was missing at front of the sinks on the floor. - Refinish the caulking for smooth and easily cleanable surfaces.

- Deep cleaning is needed throughout the unit as food debris was noted on the floors (in the corners), in drawers, below equipment, in drawers etc. Please deep clean to prevent the harborage of cockroaches.
