- -A large amount of books and bookshelves have been installed in the kitchen. Some kitchen equipment such as pots were used as "book ends" for the children's books. Please remove all books from the kitchen as soon as possible. *All items in a kitchen for a commercial food business OR a daycare must be smooth, cleanable, non-absorbent and durable. Children's books cannot be cleaned and sanitized - must not be stored in a kitchen area.
