- Openable sensory bottles or covered with multiple layers of tapes were observed in most classrooms.-Please seal sensory bottles with non-toxic glue.Openable sensory bottles may expose children to potentially hazardous substances, and the use of multiple adhesive tapes makes the bottles difficult to clean and sanitize.

- 1. Toys and extraneous materials were observed on the diapering mat in the Sprout classroom.-Please remove all materials, including toys, from all diapering mats or surfaces to prevent the risk of contamination, and thoroughly clean and sanitize the toys.2. Dirty diapering tables were observed in the Sprout room and one of the shared washrooms.-Please clean and sanitize these diapering surfaces and ensure they are cleaned after each use.

- 1. The faucets in shared washroom 2 were not working properly, sprouting water for less than 10 seconds at a time. Water temperature was measured at 17°C in the same washrooms.-Please repair the faucets and ensure they disperse water for at least 30 seconds to support proper handwashing practices. In addition, increase and maintain the hot water temperature between 43°C and 48°C.2. Hand-drying paper towels were not properly stored in an appropriate dispenser, posing a risk of bulk contamination.-Provide suitable dispensers for hand paper towels, including at diapering stations.3. One of the soap dispensers in shared washroom 3 was empty at the time of the inspection.-Please provide soap in the indicated dispenser to promote proper handwashing practices. This infraction was corrected during the inspection.
