      • 1) A staff member was observed sanitizing tables using a cleaning cloth, which was stored on the sanitizer bottle between uses and reused on multiple tables, posing a potential risk of cross-contamination.2) Children jackets/clothes were observed on the floor.*Ensure that dirty cleaning cloths are not reused. Use disposable paper towels, a clean cloth for each cleaning task, or store reusable cleaning cloths fully submerged in an appropriate sanitizer solution and kept out of children’s reach.**Ensure that all children’s personal items are stored in designated cubbies and kept separate, so they do not touch one another.
