      • Counters and tables were being sanitized with a 1000 ppm bleach solution. This strength can leave a chemical residue that can contaminate surfaces. Ensure bleach is mixed to 100-200 ppm for use on food contact surfaces.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No test strips available to verify the concentration of sanitizer solution when used. Solution should be made fresh for each day and verified to be between 100 - 200 ppm.Please obtain test strips for the bleach solution.
