      • Temperature monitoring records for all cooling units are not available.Ensure all cooling units are equipped with functional thermometers, temperatures are monitored, recorded and records are kept.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • At time of inspection:1. There did not appear to be any manual thermometers present inside all refrigeration devices.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure one manual thermometer is placed inside all refrigeration devices.Update: September 26, 2023: This was not observed during the inspection. Update on June 25, 2026: This violation is outstanding.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Mechanical dishwasher's final rinse temperature was noted to be at 67.1 C.Ensure the dishwasher is repaired to achieve a final rinse temperature of at least 71C or above. Meanwhile, 3-compartment sink can be utilized to sanitize the dishes.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine test papers are not available to verify the concentration of chlorine-based sanitizer solution.Ensure chlorine test papers are obtained to verify the concentration of chlorine-based sanitizer solution to be at 100 ppm - 200 ppm.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A gap in the bottom Southern exit door within the hall was noted.Ensure the weather stripping of the door is repaired / replaced to prevent the gap and potential pest entry.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • At time of inspection:1. There were no current records available for pest control.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure the AHS pest control checklist is filled out once (1) per month and kept in a binder so that they can be reviewed during future inspections. There should be no more than one year's worth of pest control checklists noted inside this binder.Update on June 25, 2026: This violation is outstanding.

      • Food safe sanitizer is unavailable during the inspection. Please ensure to have a food safe sanitizer available at all times such as:A) Chlorine at a concentration of 200 ppm.B) QUAT at a concentration of 400 ppm.C) Iodine at a concentration of 12.5 ppm to 25 ppm. Please have the appropriate test strip available to verify the concentration.
