     • 1) Three containers of bacon were stored at room temperature for more than 6 hours. The used by time stamp on the bacon was 3:17pm and the inspection was conducted at 4:20pm.The foods were discarded.2) Cheese was stored at room temperature and still use after exceeding the use by time. The prep time was 2:01 pm and the used by time was Wed/8/7 4:01pm. The inspection was conducted at 4:20pm.Food was discarded.
