      • -Single use dishes were stored along with garbage bin located under counter in front area.- Ketchup dispenser nozzle was extending to mouth of garbage bin stored underneath, overflowing garbage can contaminate nozzle head.Requirement:-Ensure that dishes are not stored along with garbage bin-Remove garbage bin from this area.

      • Internal temperatures of perishable foods stored in inserts of prep cooler were; sliced cheese 7C, mayonnaise 12C, ranch 13C.( Repeat violation from previous inspection)Requirement:-Ensure that perishable foods under refrigeration are stored at 4C or less.-Mayonnaise 12C, ranch 13C were discarded during inspection.-Repair this prep cooler to maintain temperature of perishable foods in inserts at 4C or less.
