- OBSERVED THE MOST EAST EXPOSED HAND SINK ON THE PREP LINE BASIN LOOSE AND SHIFTING. INSTRUCTED TO CAULK AROUND THE EXPOSED HAND SINK BASIN.

- OBSERVED THE FLOOR OF THE 1ST FLOOR PREP AREA WITH WORN GROUT BETWEEN FLOOR TILES CAUSING EXCESS WATER TO POND ON THE FLOOR. INBSTRUCTED TO REPAIR THE GROUT BETWEEN THE FLOOR TILES TO ELIMINATE EXCESS PONDING WATER AND TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
