      • Logs inconsistently maintained for all dishwashers.
      • Ensure dishwasher temperatures are recorded daily for each unit. Comments Routine inspection of Cafeteria kitchen and Westhaven servery. - All handwashing stations equipped with soap, paper towel, hot water. - Sanitizer available throughout facility. QUATs solution, measured at 400ppm. Test strips available. - Logs are available- Cooler, freezer, hot holding temperatures recorded. Sanitizer concentrations recorded, dishwasher logs also available although not consistently completed- see violation below. - Dishwasher temperatures all measured over 71C at the plate, 82C final rinse. - All cooler and freezer temperatures are within protective limits. Equipped with thermometers. - Food storage practices satisfactory, labelled, and dated. Stored off the floor. Protected from contamination - Food also prepped at this location for transport to Tofino general hospital. - Overall sanitation is very good. No signs of pests at time of inspection.
