      • - Storing cooked meat and raw meat on the same prep table.- Handling raw meat and the box of cooked meat with same glove.Ensure raw meat and cooked meat are packaged at different times. Change gloves, complete handwashing between raw and cooked food handling.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Meat and chicken in boxes were out of the cooler when the cutter was on break. Ensure food is left under 4C until it is ready for prep/handling. Meat and chicken were moved into the cooler during inspection.
