- Soap dispenser was empty at the hand sink in the front spice preparation/mixing area. Please ensure that soap is available at all times for handwashing.Photos were later provided through email showing that the dispenser was restocked with soap.

- Fly zapper observed above spice preparation/mixing area. No food was stored in the area during the inspection. Please relocate device away from food handling areas.
