- No sanitizing solution was equipped for sanitizing dining tables and countertops. Ensure that an approved sanitizing solution be equipped all the time.

- The sanitizer bottle for the glasswasher was empty. The facility run out of the sanitizer. Ensure that chemical levels be checked on a regular basis. In the meantime, single use disposable cups must be used until proper sanitizer is obtained and the glasswasher is deemed working properly.

- No chlorine residual was obtained from the low temperature type of glasswasher. Ensure that the glasswasher be checked by a technician and at least 50ppm chlorine residual be obtained each time.

- Mouse droppings were observed on the floors at the glasswasher area. Entry points for mice must be identified and removed. The affected areas must be properly cleaned and disinfected. The proper mouse dropping clean-up procedures were provided to the on site staff during inspection and also were emailed to the operator after inspection. Foods being stored at that area must be checked as well and if signs of mouse infestation on the food packages are observed, foods must be disposed of.
