      • OBSERVED LEAK ATHE FAUCET BASE OF THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE REAR OF THE FACILITY. ALSO OBSERVED A LEAK AT THE FAUCET HEAD IN THE FRONT TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN BOTH.

      • OBSERVED THE FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY IN THE FRONT BEHIND COUNTER, AREA NEAR TOILET ROOM, REAR STORAGE AREA AND REAR NEAR REAR EXIT DOOR WITH A BUILD UP OF DIRT AND DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS.

      • OBSERVED THE REAR STORAGE AREA WITH PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND A BUILD UP OF CLUTTER OF UNUSED ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE PROPER SHELVING FOR ITEMS USED FOR SALES FLOOR AND TO REMOVE OTHER ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT NOT BEING USED.
