- Observation(s): Wooden shavings were found coming off the back side of the cupboard doors onto single use utensils and other items within the cupboard due to unfinished wooden doors. Operator is to finish the doors to prevent contaminating food contact surfaces such as unwrapped single use spoons and to discard all single use items that have been contaminated. Operator is to send photos of the finished doors once it is completed to the inspector.
