- The Quats sanitizer in the spray bottle was tested at 150 PPM. Please ensure sanitizer concentrations for Quats are maintained at 200 PPM.

- The scoop had fallen into the pancake mix bin with the handle making contact with the mix. The operator promptly placed the scoop on the hook above the mix.
