      • The automatic heat-based dishwasher was measured at 51 degrees C after multiple readings.Make sure that heat-based dishwasher area is able to achieve the temperature of at least 71 degrees C.

      • Lemon scented bleach is being used as a sanitizer.- Directed operator not to use scented bleach as a sanitizer as it may differ in concentration, may leave a chemical residue on surfaces, and may not be food safe.- There were other bottles of bleach that were unscented, available for use at the facility.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The facility is unsure if monthly written pest control records are being maintained. - An AHS Pest Control Records Checklist was provided. Please make copies and use on a monthly basis. Keep records on site for future reference.
