- Lemon scented bleach is being used as a sanitizer.- Directed operator not to use scented bleach as a sanitizer as it may differ in concentration, may leave a chemical residue on surfaces, and may not be food safe.- There were other bottles of bleach that were unscented, available for use at the facility.
