These windows open outwards resulting in an accessible 10-12" opening, with loose flapping insect screensPlease modify so that the windows do not open more than 4". ie.) can place a screw in the track. Check all windows. Fix the insect screens if these windows are to be used for venting to ensure insects do not enter the facility

      • Toddler room had a diaper stand with a loose diaper padAttach a belt to the surface so that it comes up and over the child and secures them in place Baby room diaper stand had a loose diaper pad on the surface Attach a belt to the surface so that it comes up and over the child and secures them in place Purple washroom there was a diaper stand, it had a attached belt but it was tucked under the mat. This was corrected. Ensure that the belt is always out and available and being used by staff.
