     • Corrective Action(s): Use the dishwasher located downstairs in the main kitchen for dishwashing.

     • Observation: Bar glass washer registering 0 ppm for chlorine. There appears to be an air bubbles in the chlorine tube.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • Ensure chlorine is always be injected into the dishwasher during the final rinse cycle. Chlorine must register between 50-200 ppm on the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. Repair/replace as necessary. Correct immediately
