- - This quats sanitizer solution is to sanitize food contact surfaces and equipment along the main food preparation line. Ensure the concentration is at 200pm. Do not put in towels that are soaked with water into the freshly dispensed quats sanitizer. This will cause the quats solution to be diluted. Management must check quats sanitizer concentration on a regular basis using test strips.
