- Corrective Action(s): Make sure staff perform a thorough cleaning under the shelves, foccusing cleaning behind legs of shelves and around the CO2 canisters.

The current Bar checklist requires a water temp check for glasswasher as part of pre-lunch audit. Sanitizer availability most critical to proper use of this unit.
