- 1) High temperature dish sanitizer reached a maximum temperature of 65 degrees Celsius during the sanitation cycle. Please ensure the machine is capable of meeting the minimum requirements described on the machine (i.e. 180 degrees Fahrenheit/82 degrees Celsius during sanitation cycle).A dishwasher safe thermometer is recommended to verify the temperature during the cycle in case the external gauge fails.If temperature of 82C/180F cannot be reached, please use the 3-compartment sink method for dishwashing until the machine is repaired.
