- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- Bleach-water sanitizing solution in spray bottles had a concentration well over 200 ppm. Operator dumped some and added water until a concentration of 200 ppm was reached. Please note only about 1/2 tsp chlorine bleach is needed in 1 litre of water to achieve 200 ppm. Please ensure you are not adding too much chlorine as it may leave a residue on tables/counters and/or discolour clothing if it comes in contact with fabric.
