      • The low temperature mechanical dishwasher was not in a proper working condition. Less than 10ppm chlorine sanitizer solution was measured after running multiple cycles. Contact your service technician for repairs. All dishware or utensils washed with the dishwasher must be sanitized in the dishwashing sink using the 200ppm Quat sanitizer solution available in the facility. Mar 08, 2024: Dishwasher yet to be fixed.
