- Corrective Action(s): 1) Empty all the ice from the ice machine

- 3) Spray with sanitizing solution either Quats at 200ppm or Bleach at 100ppm
- 4) Then allow ice machine to refill with ice overnight

- Corrective Action(s): Had staff make a bleach solution, and instructed staff to use bleach solution on food contact surfaces. Do not use non food grade sanitizers such as fantastic, mr clean etc. Only bleach or quats solution is to be used on counters/food contact surfaces.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink on the cookline had the water turned off to it.
- Corrective Action(s): Hand sink must be turned on and fully equipped with hot and cold running water as all times as well as soap and paper towels.
- If water is turned off overnight, it must be turned back of in the morning before food preparation starts for the day.

- 2) Front hand sink when water is run, causes water to leak on the floor under the kithchen hand sink.
- Corrective Action(s): 1) Hand sink on cookline and hand sink at the front counter as hand sinks must always be available for hand washing. Repair sink immediately so staff can wash their hands properly. By monday Oct 27/25
