      • A lamp was present on the top of a tree stump in the toddlers room. - It was advised to place the lamp onto the floor behind the stump to prevent injuries that might be caused by its falling and client's tripping on the electric cord. Staff corrected during inspection.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • There was no hand paper towels available at the hand wash station in Bluebells Room. - Ensure hand washing stations are always adequately supplied with hand soap and paper towels to facilitate proper hand washing.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The dishwasher for washing toys was observed running without detergent supplied to the line as the chemical bottle was empty. - Staff corrected during inspection.
