- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- Was advised the new water-resistant thermometer they had gotten and were using melted. Obtain a new one so you can continue to verify a temperature of at least 71C is reached at dish level (dishmachine).
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- There were some mouse droppings in the cupboard under the sink (next to the dishwasher). Please remove droppings and clean and sanitize the area; recommend mouse trap be put in this location.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- There were some damaged wooden cutting boards. Were discarded during inspection.

- There were plants, bags of potting soil and large plant pots being stored in the kitchen. These items are not to be stored in the kitchen. Please remove them.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- The water-resistant thermometer with a min/max function needs a new battery. Ensure the thermometer is functional and used to verify a temperature of at least 71C is reached at dish level (dishmachine) each day the dishmachine is in use.Please start log book up again with dishwasher testing results.
- 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
- Expired food permit is on display. Was advised never received it. Will be sent out. Please put on public display when received.
