If staples are used, please ensure they are covered with tape.

      • A loose board was observed installed on the side of the cubby beside the external door and the sleeping cots.Please secure the board to prevent potential physical injury.

      • The doorknob was missing on the infant room door.Please install a doorknob.

      • The temperature of the water at the hand wash sinks were measured between 16-17 degrees celsius at the time of inspection.Ensure there is both hot and cold water at the hand wash sinks to facilitate proper hand washing. The operator adjusted the water temperature immediately and all hand wash sinks were between 33-49 degrees celsius.
