      • Preschool 1 and Preschool 4: Foam blocks have visible bite marks and are no longer cleanable. Please replace the damaged toys.

      • Toddler 2: Some of the children’s bed sheets were observed touching each other. Please store children’s bedding separately to prevent contact.

      • 1. All classrooms: Some plush toys, dress up clothes and uncleanable play equipment (nature items, cardboard etc) were seen in the classrooms. All plush toys, dress up clothes, sand boxes, water tables and play equipment (play dough, puzzles etc.) that cannot be cleaned and disinfected properly should be removed during the outbreak. Please remove these items until the outbreak is over.2. Toddler 6, Toddler 1: Used cleaning rags were observed by the sink or on top of the spray bottle. Please ensure the following:a. cleaning rags are used only once and then disposed of or laundered. This prevents cross-contamination and bacterial spread. b. place clearly labeled bins in each classroom for used rags. c. Use paper towel until the outbreak is over.

      • There are no paper towels in the dispensers located in the toddler 1 room. There was 1 roll of paper towels placed on top of the dispenser at the time of inspection,Ensure paper towels are placed in their proper dispensers or holders.

      • There are foam play pieces/blocks in the toddler 3 room that have multiple teeth marks on them.Please discard the affected pieces/blocks. All toys must be easy to clean and in good repair.

      • The laundry room where cleaning chemicals were stored was left open. - The laundry room was locked during the inspection. Ensure to keep this room closed at all times to limit access to children and prevent accidental exposure to chemicals.

      • Bing dabbers with an indication that states " not safe for children" were observed on a shelf in toddler room 5.- The bingo dabbers were discarded during the inspection. Please obtain craft and art materials that are non-toxic and safe for children use.
