      • 1. A staff was observed in one of the baby's rooms not washing children's hands after diaper change.-Please washing children's hand properly with soap after every diaper change to prevent spread of infection.2. Extraneous materials, including roll of paper towels, were observed on diaper tables in several classrooms.-Please remove all materials from diaper stations or tables to ensure these surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized.

      • First aid kits missing tweezers and emergency blankets.-Please provide the indicated items in all first aid kits.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature was measured at 25.6'C.-Please adjust the water temperature under the sinks and maintain it between 38 °C and 43 °C to support proper handwashing practices.
    • 30. Are workers washing hands when appropriate and/or in a proper manner?
      • A staff member was observed not washing hands after diaper change.-All staff must properly wash their hands after diaper change. Please ensure staff are washing their hands at all appropriate times.The infraction was corrected during the inspection.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Some children's water bottles were noted without name tags.-Please label all children water bottles with name to prevent misuse or mix-ups.
