    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • Toddler 5 (Preschool) room: blind cords at the windows present an entanglement hazard.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Preschool (main floor), Preschool (second floor), Toddler 1: paper towel was not stored in the paper towel dispensers at the classroom handwashing sinks in both preschool rooms. In Toddler 1, the diapering handsink and the classroom handwashing sink did not have any liquid soap for handwashing. Ensure all handwashing sinks are equipped with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensing units.

      • Infant 2: expired alcohol wipes observed in the backpack first aid kit. Replace and ensure first aid kits are inspected and restocked on a regular basis (such as monthly).

      • Toys are being washed in the handwashing sink.The facility must have a designated sink for the purpose of washing toys only.
