      • Children’s jackets were observed stacked together in Infant Room 2. Please ensure personal items are stored separately in designated cubbies or on individual hooks to prevent cross‑contamination. Staff relocated the indicated jackets to the personal cubbies during the inspection.

      • 1. Children’s blankets in Preschool Room 1 were in contact with one another on the shelves in the storage cabinets. 2. Children’s personal wipes in Preschool Room 1 and Preschool Room 5 were stored in contact with one another. 1. Please store personal blankets separately to reduce the risk of contamination.2. Please ensure each child’s wipes are kept separate.

      • Preschool room 2/3: 1 toilet was not operational. Ensure all toilets are in good working order. Director aware and maintenance contacted.

      • Toddler 1:Cupboard drawer near far sink was broken and could not be pushed in fully. Staff were aware and kept children away from area or put protective barrier when in use. Preschool 1 washroom:Washroom cupboard door: hinge broken (Far cupboard)Please repair and ensure equipment including cupboard drawers are in good repair.

      • Infant room 1: Paper towel was missing at the sink closer to the door. Paper towel was available at other paper towel dispenser. Corrected onsite. Infant 2: Paper towel in bathroom dispenser was stuck. Paper towel was available beside sink, not in dispenser. Corrected onsitePreschool room 5: Hand soap was not operational. Staff was using dish soap. Hand soap provided for room during inspection.

      • First aid kit:Alcohol wipes were noted to be expired April 2025. Ensure all first aid kits are up to date with supplies and fully stocked.

      • Toddler 4:Bingo dabbers that indicate "not for use by children" were observed in the cupboard of art supplies. Bingo dabbers were removed and staff instructed to discard and not use with children.

      • Improper diapering procedures were observed in room Toddler 1 (educator did not wash hands and changed gloves between children during diapering) and Toddler 4 (child's hands were not washed, and educator changed the gloves but did not wash hands between children during diapering). It was discussed during the inspetion. Please address.

Diaper pads were damaged in Infant 2, Toddler 1 and Toddler 6 rooms, and the diaper pad was not secured (Velcro tape not attached to the diapering surface and no barrier provided) in Toddler 2 room. Replace damaged pads and secure/provide a safety barrier for unsecured diaper pad.2. Hinges were broken on the sink cabinet doors in Preschool 2/Preschool 3 washroom (cabinet close to Preschool 3 room), and Toddler3/Toddler 4 washroom (close to Toddler 4 room), and Preschool 1 room (cabinet next to the sink cabinet). Please repair.3. Small white tables had some sharp corners in Toddler 3 and Toddler 5 rooms. Please provide corner protectors.4. Carboard bricks were damaged in Preschool 1 room.
