      • Bleach sanitizer was measured at 0ppm at the time of inspection. A new solution was diluted and measured to 100ppm after a discussion with the operator.Please ensure that bleach sanitizer is diluted to 100ppm.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Temperatures of hot-held food was measured at 46.2C at the time of inspection. The operator was asked to reheat the food to 74C and then held at 60C.Please ensure that high-risk perishable foods are stored outside of the danger zone of 4-60C.
