      • QUAT-based disinfectant (Healthguard) was used against manufacturer's instructions (the expiry date was missing on the label and the date stamped on one of the bottles was 2021). Ensure that the disinfectants are used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • Knife was accessible to children: observed to be left on a cutting board in the OSC 1 room located at 322 Windermere Road. It was removed during the inspection. Ensure that if snack preparation takes place in the room, children are not present during the snack preparation.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature was 55.1C in the OSC 2 room at #208, 316 Windermere Road location. Ensure that hot water temperature does not exceed 49C.
