- Sanitizing solution in squirt bottle by the sink had a concentration greater than 200ppm chlorine.New solution was mixed at time of inspection, and concentration of new solution was 100ppm chlorine.

- Mouse droppings observed behind the chest freezers in the storage area located in the back of the movie theater.Please ensure these areas are cleaned and sanitized, and pest control is in place. Special precautions should be taken by staff when cleaning this area, such as wearing a mask, spraying the droppings with a bleach solution before wiping them up with a paper towel, washing hands, and not using a vacuum to aerosolize any contaminants.
