      • Complaint:The cook on duty was not only using his cell phone while handling ready to eat food but was worse and of great public health concern was that the cook demonstrated to the other cook how to do Pushup skills on the dirty kitchen floor and without washing or sanitizing his now contaminated hands to continue cooking and serving food to unsuspecting customers.Discussed the importance of handwashing with manager. Ensure all staff wash hands after using a cell phone or touching the dirty floor.

      • August 25, 2023, inspection:No label on the bottle with the blue content.Oasis 137 orange force was stored in the Blue Windex bottles. Properly label the chemical bottles.

      • Water at the Grill station automatic handwash sink was too hot. Unable to wash hands properly. Please turn down the water temperature.
