- There was a gap on the bottom of the back exit door. All entry points must be tightly fitted to prevent pests from entering the food establishment. Seal the gap by installing weatherstripping or a door sweep.

- There were no covers for the lights in the kitchen area. The lights must be covered to protect food from physical contamination from the shards of glass if it were to break. Place a cover on the lights or obtain shatterproof lights.
