    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Thermometer was missing in the fridge in the kitchen. Please make sure thermometer is placed in the fridge.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • *There was no paper towel in the bar area. It was also missing paper towel dispenser in the bar area. Please make sure there is adequate supplies at the hand washing stations.Please make paper towel dispenser at the bar is also installed to prevent contamination of the paper towel.* Paper towel in the kitchen was not placed in the paper towel dispenser. Please make sure paper towels are properly stored in the paper towel dispensers.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Weather stripping at the loading deck area was not adequate. Please make sure it is repaired.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • * Hand washing sink in the kitchen was not operational. *Water damages, cracks on the ceiling at the multiple location in the facility, noted in the storage room, entrance area of the kitchen, storage space beside the kitchen, there was evidence of water leak through the multiple location in the facility. Please make sure investigation of the water leaks is done and required repairs are completed.

      • Cooler at the bar was not capable of maintaining temp. 4C or less. Temperature was measured at 11C. Please make sure it is repaired and make sure there is no perishable food stored in that cooler.

      • *Grease built up at the exhaust filters. Please make sure required cleaning is done.
