- Multiple opened sauce containers were stored at room temperature. The manufacturer labels indicate that these items should be refrigerated after opening. Staff transferred the sauce containers to the walk-in cooler. Ensure that all high-risk food items requiring refrigeration are stored at or below 4C when not in use.
