- -Ice machine lid was dirty at time of visit

- in the meantime all dishware can be sanitized manually- dishwasher can be used for washing and rinsing- sanitizing to be down in two comp sink with bleach ( 1 oz ) in 1 gallon ( calculate the capacity of sink) soak for 2 minutes and let them air dry

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Surface sanitizer bucket had 0ppm chlorine measured. Staff had added more chlorine and was advised to have all food prep surfaces sanitized using the newly prepared sanitizer.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water to prepare the correct concentration of sanitizer. All food prep surfaces must be sanitized before initiating any food prep for the day as discussed at this time.

Mixed up a spray bottle during the inspection of 100 ppm chlorine (1/2 teaspoon bleach in 1 L of water). Labelled it "bleach." Please begin using sanitizer on food contact surfaces throughout the day. Sanitizer kills germs to a higher extent than soap, as soap mainly acts to break down particles of grease, dirt, debris, etc.
