- 21. Is equipment that is intended to be sterile maintained sterile at the point of use?
- A microneedling cartridge was observed to not have appropriate sterility documentation at the time of inspection. After a discussion with the operator, it was confirmed that microneedling is currently not being provided. The operator was told to remove the noted cartridges unless sufficient sterility documentation is available for the needles. Please ensure that equipment is sterile at the point of use.
