- Bleach solution in the two-compartment sink was measured to be at 0 ppm at the time of inspection. The staff member was informed and bleach was added to the concentration of 100 ppm. Please ensure bleach sanitizer concentrations for dishwashing are maintained at 100 ppm to ensure proper sanitizing of dishware and utensils.

- A food handler was observed to wash their hands while wearing single-use gloves prior to accessing the walk-in cooler and returning to handling food shortly after. The operator was informed of the concerns and guidance was provided.Please ensure that hand hygiene is performed regularly, as well as, before and after wearing gloves. Please also ensure that single-use gloves are used and changed as necessary.
