    • 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • Observed debris on the floor under the prep area. Clean floors. Observed rust spots on the door of the chest freezer. Paint door so it is smooth and easily cleanable. Observed raw, exposed wood being used as shelves. Paint wood so it is smooth and easily cleanable.
    • 82(1) No person shall operate a food establishment, unless exempted by an administrator, without first having obtained a permit from an administrator.
      • Observed permit to be expired. Renew permit.
