      • Unlabeled bleach water spray bottle observed. The spray bottle was labeled during the inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No soap at the handwashing sink (soap dispenser was out of batteries). Soap bottle was out of soap. Soap bottle was filled up during the inspection.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Monthly pest control records are not being maintained. AHS Pest Control Checklist emailed to program incase monthly records can't be obtained from the church.
