      • Purple wall surface in the baby room was repaired with duct tape. remove tape and repair wall properly to ensure a smooth and cleanable surface.March 10, 2025: A section of the purple wall above the diapering area in the baby room was still damaged.Please repair the wall so it is smooth and easy to clean.

      • Some first aid kits at the facility were missing antiseptic cleaning towelettes. Observed alcohol pads in a kit did not appear to be an antiseptic and had no expiry date.Please obtain antiseptic cleaning towelettes for all first aid kits. Use the checklist on appendix H of the Health and Safety Guide for Operators of Child Care facilities to ensure the first aid kits are adequately supplied. The checklist should be kept available at the facility.

      • A crack in the corner of the main washroom near the back of the facility is observed. Ensure that the crack is sealed to be smooth, easily cleanable and resistant to moisture.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Paper towel at the handwashing sink in the changing room is not in a dispenser. Ensure that a dispenser is acquired.
    • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
      • A gap is observed at the bottom and on the side of the emergency exit door. Ensure that the gap is sealed to prevent pests from entering the facility.
