For the ice machine, clean the inside today by emptying the ice, wiping down the upper ledge with a bleach sanitizer solution of 1 capful of bleach per gallon of water, then fill the ice machine and dump the first batch of new ice. Then you can use the second batch. Ensure ice machine is regularly checked inside using a flashlight to see if it requires cleaning. Clean these areas today.
