- Facility appeared clean, food preparation area inclusive. However, the janitorial sink at the back is not maintained in a sanitary condition. Operator mentioned that management will look into this as the material is not cleanable due long-term accumulation of debris.Repair/replace to ensure all surfaces in the facility are smooth, cleanable and maintained in sanitary condition.Operator requested for more time to fix the janitorial unit.

- The low temp dishwasher and glass washer sanitizer strength was measured to be 0 ppm chlorine at the time of inspection. Operator phone contractor for the repair of the equipment. Equipment will be fixed by the end of the day today. Operator is aware to manually add bleach solution before each cycle is completed to ensure utensils are adequately cleaned and sanitized.
