    • 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • It was observed that the potable water tank measured 18"x18"x12" which is approximately 3888 cubic inches which converts to 63.7 liters.A type E mobile food unit must have a potable water tank with a minimum volume of 130 liters. Please install a larger potable water tank.
    • 17. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this mobile food vendor (Critical)?
      • The gray water tank must be able to accommodate 130 liters of gray water. As per the online AHS mobile food unit document, the wastewater tank must be enclosed and must be 10% larger than the total water supply. Ensure a correct size wastewater tank is installed.
